Community Code of Conduct
Upon booking your child into one of our programs, you acknowledge the following manners in which you will need to conduct yourself in. If you or another family member steps away from the code your child's enrolment will be cancelled.
Parents should conduct themselves in a manner which enhances the good order of the school and our TYC community.
If a parent has an issue or a concern first they should approach the lead facilitator of their child’s class at an appropriate consultation time.
If a resolution cannot be reached with the lead facilitator, then the General Manager should be engaged, to help alleviate and bring about a resolution to the situation.
Being welcoming to all members of our community.
Helping children to develop positive attitudes to the arts and respecting the staff, other parents and students.
Avoiding harm to property.
Respecting the rights, dignity and views of our students, staff and parents.
Creating and maintaining open, honest and positive relationships with staff, parents and students.
Committing to a community free from unlawful discrimination victimization and harassment.
Communicating via all modes in a positive, timely, honest and courteous manner.
Following and supporting the implementation of the organizations vision, mission and value statements through the implementation of all TYC policies and procedures.
