TYCs MainStage Program will bring enchanting memorable moments that share the magic of theatre with your young performer. There are four MainStage productions a year each running over the course of the term. |

Our successful Auditionee's will stage a full length scripted production for the general public and participate in various master classes with our regions professional arts practitioners. Our MainStage audition call is also open to all young people interested in performing from across the Far North Queensland Region, so should you have any friends that do not attend TYC workshops currently, they are also welcome to register for an audition.
MAINSTAGE TOURING PROGRAM
TYC’s MainStage Touring program will see successful auditionees stage scripted production specifically for an in-school primary aged audience. Participants will rehearse and stage productions for touring purposes as well as undertake training sessions in leading S.E.L (Social Emotional Learning) based workshops for young people across the Cairns region in order to inspire, innovate, engage and experience live theatre for and by young performers. The MainStage Touring program will also offer participants the opportunity to engage collaboratively with professional arts workers in and around the Cairns region in areas such as Design, Costuming & Multi-Media.
