Since the defeat of the Disney Villains, life has proved harmonious for our beloved heroes. Ariel is happily married to Prince Eric, Mulan is beating battles, Simba is ruling the Pride Lands and Genie is granting Aladdin and Jasmine thousands of wishes!

But life hasn't taken that turn for everyone...
It seems a certain cheerful mouse has become bitter and angry by his stolen spotlight and with his magic wand in hand, he is ready to turn Fantasia into a fiasco! And it looks like our recent Disney friends are in his sights...

Now it's time for you to band together your best Disney Sidekicks because we have some heroes to protect! With Micky's bright band of ruffians, there's no telling what his endless imagination can do, or to who!

Keep your heads up and game faces on and in the words of Walt Disney, a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down and the fears that once controlled me can't get to me at all! Because when you wish upon a star, it makes no difference who you are!

Participating in TYCs action packed School Holiday Programs are lots of fun and sees participants make lots of new friends while also improving and extending upon their acting skills, self-confidence, problem solving abilities, communication and presentation skills, as well ​as fostering their individual creativity.

​Throughout our 4-Day Drama Programs, students develop the essentials of stage performance through improvisation, role-play and characterization activities. They discover how improvisation techniques and the elements of drama (voice, movement, and body language) can be applied to scene work and inject clarity and spontaneity into their performance. In doing so participants develop their ability to think on their feet while performing in front of a live audience. 
​
Participants will also have the opportunity to explore set and costume design as well as incorporating multi-media performance elements such as sound, lighting and live projections. At the end of the program participants will receive a certificate of achievement, autographed tailor made program. They will perform for their parents and friends on the final afternoon in The Young Company’s very own Adventure Theatre Studio (tickets free).
