Food for Thought Adora Svitak: What adults can learn from kids
|
 | Child prodigy Adora Svitak says the world needs childish thinking: bold ideas, wild creativity and especially optimism.
Kids'
big dreams deserve high expectations, she says, starting with grownups'
willingness to learn from children as much as to teach.
She says you must lend an ear today, because we are the leaders of tomorrow. > More Info | |
10 things adults can learn from children
1. To not take life so seriously, and have fun along the way 2. To care less about what others think 3. Patience and sacrifice 4. That it's ok to have imaginary friends and to talk to them without being considered crazy 5. That it's ok to have cake for breakfast or break fast for dinner, and to be a picky eater 6. To say hi to all people you come in contact with 7. To be loyal to those you love 8. To be nice to people and ignore the mean ones 9. To be proud of your accomplishments 10. Don't feel the need to hide how you feel | - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
